These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and any services provided by Elite Dry Ice Blasting & Automotive ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Elite Dry Ice Blasting.

1. Services

We provide dry ice blasting and related vehicle cleaning services. Specific scope of work, pricing and timing for any job will be agreed in writing before work commences.

2. Quotes

Quotes provided are based on information supplied by you and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend the quote if the actual work required is materially different from what was described or shown in photos.

3. Bookings & Payment

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and you have accepted the quote. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking — typically a deposit at booking with the balance payable on completion.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booked date will be refunded in full (less any non-refundable deposits). Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a charge to cover scheduling costs.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information about the vehicle and required work
Disclose any known faults, modifications or fragile components
Provide safe access to the vehicle for our team
Ensure any vehicle brought to us is in roadworthy condition and legally driveable

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care, we shall not be liable for damage to components that were already failing, faulty, corroded beyond reasonable expectation, or where condition was misrepresented to us. We carry full public liability insurance for our work.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

7. Photos

We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for our records and, with your consent, for marketing purposes. We will not show any identifying details such as number plates without your permission.

8. Complaints

If you're unhappy with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 7 days and we'll work to resolve it.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
